Perform an AI Search across your book of business

Updated over a week ago

TIFIN Wealth's AI Search uses Natural Language Processing to search different themes, topics, securities, or trends to identify position exposures or concentration across your book of business. Common search examples include:

  • “Clients with high cash position”

  • “Accounts with exposure to weapons”

  • “Accounts with fees over 1 bps”

In each of these examples, TIFIN’s power NLP uses AI to surface intelligence across your client portfolios to help make better business decisions. Perhaps you want to reach out to any client with a high cash position to propose allocating available funds to a new model portfolio strategy. This capability would tee up these client portfolios with a simply search query.

AI Search to Identify Client Portfolio Themes

From the home screen:

  1. Click Clients & Prospects > select AI Search:

  2. Use the Search Bar to "Search your book of business":

  3. Type a query into the search bar or click on a Recent Search or Trending Search

    1. Try searching for exposure to specific tickers, regions, themes, topics, etc.

    2. As an example, searching Clients with high cash position yields a list of 19 accounts with a large cash allocation relative to the rest of the book of business.

    3. Searching for TSLA will yield clients who have exposure to Tesla, the % weight of exposure, the total asset value and the account in focus.

  4. Click into a Client to get more information:

    1. The name & ticker of the investment with exposure to TSLA

    2. What % of that fund’s portfolio is comprised of TSLA

    3. And the last column (“Weight”) is showing how much of the client’s account is allocated to the fund that holds TSLA in its portfolio.
