How to Send/Resend/Retake an risk assessment, Edit Inputs & Scores, View/Download Completed Assessments & Blank (PDF) Questionnaire

Send a Risk Assessment

To send a risk assessment, select a client or prospect:

  1. Click Assessments > choose to:

    1. Share Assessment

    2. Take Assessment Now, or

    3. Download Blank Questionnaire

  2. If you choose to Share Assessment, select Risk > click Next

  3. Click Custom Question to add additional questions to the assessment or click Skip:

    1. Custom questions are added to the end of an assessment and are an opportunity for you to learn more about your client/prospect.

    2. Click Start Filling to pre-fill any data or Skip:

    3. If you select to pre-fill data, use the two tabs at the top: User Details & Risk:

  4. Choose the delivery method:

    1. Send via Email - this sends an email from TIFIN Wealth

    2. Copy Link - this copies the assessment link so you can send it from your email


Resend a Risk Assessment

To resend a risk assessment, select the client/prospect you'd like to resend to:

  1. From their Overview page, click View Your Risk:

  2. Click the 3 Dots icon on the top right > select to Resend Assessment:


Retake a Risk Assessment

To retake a risk assessment live, from the home screen select a client or prospect:

  1. From their Overview page, click View Your Risk:

  2. Click the 3 Dots icon on the top right > select to Retake Questionnaire:


Edit Inputs

To edit the inputs/answers of a risk assessment, from the home screen select a client or prospect:

  1. From their Overview page, click View Your Risk:

  2. Click the 3 Dots icon on the top right > select to Edit Assessment Inputs:

  3. Navigate between the User Details & Risk tabs to update the inputs > click Submit & Proceed to save the changes:


Edit Scores

To edit the scores of a risk assessment, from the home screen select a client or prospect:

  1. From their Overview page, click View Your Risk:

  2. Click the 3 Dots icon on the top right > select to Edit Scores:

  3. Click Edit to the right of the score you'd like to change:

  4. Adjust the score > select a reason for the change > click Save:

  5. Click Save & Update to submit the change.


View/Download a Completed Risk Assessment

To view or downloaded completed risk assessments, from the home screen select a client/prospect:

  1. Click Assessments > view History > click on an assessment you'd like to view or click Download:


Download a Blank (PDF) Questionnaire

There are two blank questionnaire versions of the risk assessment available:

  1. With a Client's/Prospect's name on it:

    1. Select a client/prospect you'd like to provide a PDF version of the risk assessment to

    2. If they've never taken an assessment before: click Assessments > click Download Blank Questionnaire

    3. If they have taken an assessment before: from their Overview page, click View Your Risk:

    4. Click the 3 Dots icon on the top right > select to Download Blank Questionnaire:

  2. Generic (without a client's/prospect's name)

    1. For this option, simply click and download the 'Blank Risk Assessment' PDF below:
